Pizza base, sauces and preparation

We love giving our pizzas a spicy, latin twists and of course, eating them is the best part. Here is a selection of our favorite toppings combinations. Try them all!

Pizza base:

Store bought or homemade dough

Tomato sauce:

4 cloves of garlic, minced, 1 cup of cooked tomato pureed, 1 tbsp. basil, 1 tsp. grounded dry garlic, 1 tsp. grounded dry onion, 1 tbsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, 4 tbsp. olive oil. In a sauce pan fry the minced garlic with the olive oil at medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 5 more minutes. Reserve.

Cheese: shredded mozarrella


Preheat oven at 400F. Put the dough in a tray and add the tomato sauce. Top with your favourite toppings and mozarella cheese. Cook for 10 minutes at 400F and another 2 minutes at broil function or 450F. Enjoy!
