Game night? Watch your favourite sport this weekend while snacking on these fabulous jalapeño peppers wrapped in turkey bacon and stuffed with mozzarella cheese. Pair them with your favourite beer and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- Large size jalapeños
- Mozzarella cheese sticks
- Turkey bacon slices
- Toothpicks
Preparation:
Preheat oven at 400°F (200°C).
Wash the jalapeños then make an incision lengthwise; remove stems, veins and seeds.
Stuff the jalapeños with mozzarella cheese sticks and wrap them in turkey bacon; secure the bacon with toothpicks.



Place the jalapeño poppers in a baking pan; cook them for approximately 25 – 30 minutes or until the jalapeños are cooked and change their colour.



Remove the toothpicks then serve the jalapeño poppers warm; pair them with your favourite beer and enjoy!
