Guinness + dessert, what could go wrong with that combination?
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with this semi-sweet drink and have a fabulous holiday.


Ingredients:
- 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 1 can of Guinness
- 1 tbsp of shaved semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation:
- Serve ice cream in a tall glass.
- Slowly pour the Guinness into the glass. Stop and let the foam subside then pour in the rest of the beer.
- Top with and feel free to add a little more to suit your tastes. Also, you can add Bailey’s or Chocolate syrup if you would like to add more sweetness.
