Salmon is one of our favourites for its versatility, like this easy to make recipe. Salmon is low in saturated fat, a great source of protein and omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins (B12, B6, D, riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, etc.), iron, potassium, selenium and many more nutrients.
These delicious potato patties, crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside are so versatile that could work as a garnish or as a veggie main dish.
A simple, yet full of flavour dish that will satisfy your lasagna cravings minus the pasta carbs. A great option for after work dinner that doesn’t take to much time to prepare.
This Spanish-style dish (from the Basque region) is usually made with salted cod fish and known as “Bacalao” (salted cod in Spanish). It’s also very popular in Latin America where each country and family has it’s own recipe. In Mexico it is commonly served at Christmas or New Year´s Eve dinners. Salted cod fish requires lengthy preparation and has a strong flavour; I prefer to use tuna fish and eat it any time of the year.
