This is the meat lovers pizza, made with pork or chicken saussage, Spanish chorizo, ham and sun-dried tomatoes.
Pizza base:
Store bought or homemade dough
Sauce:
Follow our italian-style homemade tomato sauce recipe.
Toppings:
- 1 Pork or chicken saussage, sliced and fried
- 5 inches spanish chorizo, sliced
- Ham, 2 slices (optional)
- Sun dried tomatoes
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation:
Preheat oven at 400F.
Slice the sun-dried tomatoes and soak in arm water for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a skillet fry the sausage and chorizo for 5 minutes or until they start charring.
Spray a pizza pan with cooking oil. Put the dough in the tray and add the tomato sauce. Top with sausage, chorizo, ham, sun-dried tomatoes and cheese.
Cook for 10 minutes at 400F.
Increase the temperature at 450F and cook for 2 more minutes at broil function. Enjoy!
