Spinach, apple and orange smoothie

Start your week with a detox. This smoothie is full of fiber plus vitamins and minerals.


  • 1 apple, cut in chunks
  • 1 orange, remove seeds
  • a bunch of spinach, stems and leaves
  • 2 tsp. flax seeds
  • 2 tsp. maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 4 ice cubes


Blend all ingredients.

Pro tip: keep the fruit in the refrigerator for a few hours before making this smoothie. It will stay chilled for longer.
