Start your week with a detox. This smoothie is full of fiber plus vitamins and minerals.
- 1 apple, cut in chunks
- 1 orange, remove seeds
- a bunch of spinach, stems and leaves
- 2 tsp. flax seeds
- 2 tsp. maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 4 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients.
